Directions for use

Oral use: Take 1–5 drops in juice, 3 times daily, or as prescribed by your healthcare practitioner.

Topical use: Apply 1–2 drops under the soles of the feet or as required. Patch-test before applying to skin and avoid contact with eyes and sensitive areas.

Taste and taking the drops

Expect a strong oregano flavour with a peppery, warming sensation.

Our oregano oil is already emulsified in Certified Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil, but it still has a naturally strong taste. Add your drops to juice as directed, rather than taking them directly from the dropper.

If you experience irritation or discomfort, stop use and seek advice from your healthcare professional.

Warnings, medicines and suitability

Do not use during pregnancy, while taking blood-thinning medication, or if you are allergic to plants in the mint family.

If breastfeeding, taking other medicines or managing a medical condition, consult your healthcare professional before use. Children under 2 years require medical advice before use.

How long will my bottle last?

At 5 drops, 3 times daily, one bottle will last approximately 20 weeks. Taking fewer drops within the label directions will make your bottle last longer.

Growing in its natural habitat

Solutions4Health Oil of Wild Oregano is sourced from Wild Grown Oregano – not the oregano you find on a farm or in an agricultural setting, wild grown, straight from where nature intended it to grow.
Many have tried to grow Oregano outside of its natural habitat, but this brings the quality and quantity of the active constituents down.
Solutions4Health Oil of Wild Oregano uses a particular species of oregano that has naturally high occurring levels of Carvacrol (Origanum vulgare) which grows high in the Mediterranean mountains on calcareous rock (not soil!!).

There are over 60 different species of Oregano!
We use Origanum vulgare as this particular species yields naturally high levels of carvacrol and low levels of thymol.

Respecting Nature

We honor the natural growth of the Origanum Vulgare plant, thriving in the high altitudes of the Mediterranean region. We do not cultivate or alter these lands. Our sustainable practices include rotating sections of the mountains to allow nature to replenish and flourish. During harvest, plants are handpicked, and oregano seeds are allowed to fall back into the earth, continuing the cycle of life.

Our Oil of Wild Oregano is free from synthetic fillers like carvacrol and thymol, avoiding harmful practices of adulteration or standardization that can disrupt the oil's natural synergy and increase toxicity levels. Unlike some brands that elevate thymol levels to a highly toxic 40%, we ensure our thymol content remains below 2%. We always quality control test our batches to ensure that Carvacrol levels are over 80% and Thymol levels below 2%. This also then makes our product more suitable for daily use.
