Money-Back Guarantee Terms and Conditions

These terms and conditions ("Terms") outline the conditions under which customers are eligible for a money-back guarantee ("Guarantee") provided by Solutions4Health Pty Ltd ("Company"). By participating in this Guarantee, you agree to abide by these Terms.


1. Eligibility:
1.1 The Guarantee is applicable to all customers who have purchased a product from the Company directly online.
1.2 The Guarantee is only valid for purchases made within 60 days, starting from the date of purchase.
 
2. Guarantee Period:
2.1 The Guarantee period commences on the date of purchase and ends 60 days thereafter.
2.2 Requests for a refund must be submitted within the Guarantee period specified.
 
3. Refund Conditions:
3.1 To be eligible for a refund, customers must provide proof of purchase, such as an order number.
3.2 The Guarantee covers the purchase price of the product. Shipping, handling fees, and any additional charges are non-refundable.
3.3 The Guarantee does not cover any damage caused by misuse, abuse, accident, or any actions outside the control of the Company.
3.4 The Guarantee does not apply to products that have been altered, modified, or repaired by anyone other than authorized representatives of the Company.
3.5 The unused portion of the product and all packaging must be returned in order to conduct laboratory tests to ensure quality and non-oxidation of the product.
 
4. Refund Process:
4.1 To initiate a refund request, customers must contact the Company's customer support team through info@solutions4health.com.au, providing details of their purchase and the reason for their dissatisfaction.
4.2 The Company reserves the right to request additional information or evidence to support the refund request.
 4.3 Once the refund request is received and approved, the Company will process the refund within 2 business days upon receiving the returned goods.
 
5. Refund Method:
5.1 Refunds will be issued using the same method of payment used for the original purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon between the customer and the Company.
5.2 The Company is not responsible for any fees or charges incurred by the customer's financial institution as a result of the refund.
 
6. Limitations and Disclaimers:
6.1 The Guarantee is void if the customer fails to comply with these Terms or if the Company determines, at its sole discretion, that the customer has engaged in fraudulent or abusive behavior.
6.2 The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Guarantee or these Terms at any time, without prior notice.
6.3 The Company shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the Guarantee or the refund process.
