If you would like to cancel or change an order you have made, please email info@solutions4health.com.au quoting your order number as soon as possible. Your order can not be changed or cancelled if it has entered the dispatch process.
We ask our customers to advise us as soon as possible if an order from our Solutions4Health website has been delivered late, damaged or incorrect.
If you have received an incorrect or damaged order from the Solutions4Health website please email info@solutions4health.com.au with your order number. We can arrange to have your correct products sent to you and incorrect products sent back to Solutions4Health. If you order was incorrect or damaged, you have the choice of a full refund or replacement by us of the correct product. We do not refund or exchange in other circumstances. Any incorrect or damaged orders purchased from the Solutions4Health website can be replaced with your correct order within 7-10 working days upon us receiving the incorrect products you received. A proof of purchase must be attached with the receipt and the products must be returned in a new, unused and resalable condition.

We will only refund or exchange incorrect or damaged products purchased from www.solutions4health.com.au. If you have purchased Solutions4Health Oil of Wild Oregano products from another online retailer or from a retail outlet you will need to return the product to the place you purchased it from.
